  • The cut dimensions for the 1 x 6 PVC fencing material.
  • Back – 1 x 6 x 20 mitered on one end at 22.5 degrees.
  • Sides – (2) 1 x 8 x 13 1/8 mitered to 10 inches that equals 22.5 degrees.
  • Top – 1 x 10 x 13.5 mitered at both ends 22.5 degrees.

They do make round PVC pipe but Wilson felt this was easier to work with, clean out and monitor. A table saw is needed to make these boxes, and PVC pipe glue and cleaner. Jigs can be used to hold the parts while the glue sets up about 15 to 20 minutes at room temp. This makes the process much faster and you get a box that is align correctly. If you rough up the joints the glue holds better, sand paper wire brush, etc..
